Purple, Silver, and Paisley Wedding

We had fun times at the Dalhousie Community Centre in Calgary for a wedding. The crowd was great, even the kids and grandparents had fun taking photos on the photo booth. We are seeing a trend for purple and silver in weddings. Paisley is the motif, and the combination is beautiful!

The wedding theme is purple, silver with paisley as the motif. Paisley is such a beautiful pattern used in both western weddings as well as East-Indian / Persian weddings. We loved working on the the logo and photo booth layouts! Purple and silver really go well together lending a luxurious atmosphere to the event – elegant and classy! The client chose a 4-shot postcard layout and a 3-shot double strip layout.

The backdrop the bride initially chose was a solid black background to bring out the beautiful design, but we offered our latest backdrop offerings at the last minute and she fell in love with Glitter Ombre Purple+Silver. It’s so perfect for her wedding theme. This backdrop is from Drop It Modern, where we get most of our backdrops.

The kids had fun times in the booth. To capture the little ones, we are able to tilt down the camera so they will fit in the frame (and not just their heads poking out).

Can we also say, the bridesmaids are all gorgeous – even when they’re goofing around?

We love doing weddings! It is an honor to witness a couple madly in love with each other on their wedding day.

Love is a powerful feeling and it shows in all the guests’ photo booth photos – everyone is smiling, kissing and hugging!
